We are thrilled to announce that EECU has been recognized as the #2 credit union in Texas on Forbes' list of America’s Best-In-State Credit Unions 2024. This prestigious award highlights our dedication to delivering exceptional service and value to our members. We are proud to receive the highest ranking among institutions based in Dallas Fort Worth, and EECU is the second-highest ranked credit union in the entire state of Texas overall.

This recognition is presented by Forbes in collaboration with Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list, announced on June 18th, 2024, is available on the Forbes website.

The ranking is based on two primary sources:

1. Independent Survey: Around 26,000 U.S. residents participated in an online survey, rating their credit unions on six subdimensions: Trust, Terms & Conditions, Branch Services, Digital Services, Customer Service, and Financial Advice.
2. Publicly Available Reviews: Each credit union’s performance was also evaluated through a sentiment analysis of online reviews and ratings. The final score combined the survey results (80%) and the sentiment analysis (20%).
