EECU Member Services Representative, Kenneth Seal, presents an interactive lesson to DeZavala Elementary School students.
At EECU, we're committed to helping our community prosper. One way we meet that commitment is by working together with schools to inspire and prepare students to succeed. That's why we have a longstanding partnership with Junior Achievement, who for 100 years has been actively working in our community to provide volunteer-delivered programs that foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills.

On November 8th, our employee volunteers shared their time and talents with 3rd – 5th grade students at DeZavala Elementary School in Fort Worth. Students learned about careers, money management, and entrepreneurship. Each of the lessons involved fun, hands-on activity to help students understand the grade-appropriate concepts.

We believe helping our neighbors across our many communities is a prerequisite for being a premier financial institution. Working with Junior Achievement, our volunteers help students make the connection between education and success in the workplace.
