If your debit card is lost or stolen, it may fall into the hands of someone who will use it to make purchases. If your card is missing:

  1. Call our 24-hour debit card hotline at 1 (800) 333-9934 to turn off the card’s access to your account.
  2. Keep a close eye on your account activity using EECU’s Online Banking or mobile app to ensure that there are no transactions posted that you did not authorize.
