Unauthorized Account Transfers

In the event that you notice an unauthorized account transfer from your EECU account, it is possible that your information has been compromised. Follow these steps to secure your funds.

1. Notify EECU of the situation by calling (817) 882-0800.
2. Complete a Written Statement of Unauthorized ACH Debit form and submit to EECU by faxing to (817) 252-3918, drop it off at any of our convenient financial centers or mail to PO Box 1777, Fort Worth, Texas 76101.

A provisional credit will be credited to your account within two business days, pending investigation, and a final decision concerning your dispute will be provided to you in writing.
