There are two types of alerts for checking and savings accounts. First, account alerts will notify you when changes occur in your deposit and loan accounts. These are sent periodically and are not real-time. Second, debit card alerts will notify you of debit card activity, in real-time, that you request.

Lastly, EECU also will send you real-time text message notifications when suspected fraudulent activity occurs on your debit card. All debit cardholders are automatically enrolled in these fraud alerts!

Still have questions?

1. Account Alerts

You can setup account level alerts, both email and text, in Online Banking. These alerts are sent periodically throughout the day, and are not real-time. You can set alert rules based on account balance changes, low and high balances, large withdrawals and deposits, cleared checks, loan payment due dates, and loan maturity dates.
