There are two options for requesting a new debit card. You may visit your local Financial Center to have a replacement debit card issued immediately or you can call us at (817) 882-0800 and we'll ship you a new card within 7 to 10 business days.

Activating A New Card

Debit Cards picked up at a Financial Center
When you pick up your card it will be automatically activated, and any existing debit cards will be deactivated per your request. When you pick up your card, you can set your 4-digit pin at that time.
 
Debit Cards mailed to you
While you are requesting your new card, you can notify the EECU Representative if you need an existing debit card deactivated. Once you receive your new debit card in the mail, please call (888) 691-8661 to activate the debit card. After you have finished activating the card, please call (888) 891-2435 to set your 4-digit pin.
