If you wish to delete your access to EECU Online Banking and EECU Mobile app, please complete the form below. Your information will be reviewed and an EECU team member will contact you for further verification within 3 business days.

IMPORTANT: This will ONLY delete your ability to log into EECU Online Banking and the EECU Mobile App. It will NOT impact your deposit and loan accounts with EECU.

Please note that when your account is deleted after you submit this form:
  • You will no longer be able to log in to Online Banking or the EECU Mobile App.
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and paper tax documents.
  • Any activity you previously set up within EECU Online Banking or the EECU Mobile App will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, transfers to other people or accounts, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. When we contact you for verification, we will review specific impacts to you based on the features you use.
