Registering for Online Banking
If you haven't already registered for Online Banking, you will need to register before you can log into the EECU Mobile App. To register, open the app and click Sign Up in the bottom left corner. To create your login you will need to know your account number, the primary account holder’s contact information, and the primary account holder's mother’s maiden name.

Forgot your username or password?
If you've forgotten your username or password, click on the "More" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click  “Recover Credentials”. To recover your password you'll need to know your username and the phone number on your account. To recover your username, click “I forgot my Username”. You will need to know the email address on your account. You will receive an email from service@eecu.org with your username.

First time logging in
The first time you log into Online Banking or the EECU Mobile App on a new device, you will need to authenticate the device. You will be sent a unique code to either the email address or mobile phone number listed on your EECU account. This code will need to be entered into the pop-up window before you can login.

You will also need to re-authenticate your device, if you delete the browser cookies.
