There are three options for making payments on your EECU Credit Card. You can scheduled one-time or automatic recurring payments in Online Banking or the EECU Mobile App. You can also pay over the phone or by check.

One-time Payment - Online Banking Instructions
First log into online banking at eecu.org/onlinebanking
 
Step 1

Select “Credit & Debit Cards” on the menu bar and then "Manage Your Credit Card”.

 
Step 2

Under Current Payment Due, click the "Make Payment" button.

Step 3

If you haven't provided payment account information yet, you will need to enter it on this screen. Once you are finished click the "Submit" button.

Step 4

Select your payment account, enter the payment amount, and the payment date. Once you are finished click the "Continue" button.

 
Step 5

Verify that the information shown is accurate and then click the "Continue" button.

Step 6

Your payment has been scheduled!

One-time Payment - EECU Mobile App Instructions
First make sure you have the latest version of the EECU Mobile App and that you are logged in.
 
Step 1

After you've logged into the Mobile App, tap on the "More" menu option the bottom right corner.

Step 2

After the More menu loads, scroll down and under "Credit & Debit Cards" tap the "Manage Your Credit Card" menu option.

Step 3

Under Current Payment Due, click the "Make Payment" button.

Step 4

If you haven't provided payment account information yet, you will need to enter it on this screen. Once you are finished click the "Submit" button.

Step 5

Select your payment account, enter the payment amount, and the payment date. Once you are finished click the "Continue" button.

Step 6

Verify that the information shown is accurate and then click the "Continue" button.

Step 7

Your payment has been scheduled!

 
Recurring Payment - Online Banking Instructions

Select “Payments” on the menu bar and then "Automatic Payments”.

Step 3

From the dropdown menu select the type of automatic payment that you want to setup.

Step 4

Fill out your payment account information. Depending on the automatic payment type you selected, you may need to enter a payment amount.

 
Step 5

Confirm that your payment details are correct, and then you're done!

 
Recurring Payment - EECU Mobile App Instructions

Paying by check
If paying by check, make it payable to EECU and either bring it to your local EECU Financial Center or mail it to the address below. Include the payment coupon from your credit card statement with the check.
