Online Banking Instructions
First log into online banking at eecu.org/onlinebanking
 
Step 1

Select “Credit & Debit Cards” on the menu bar and then "Request a Credit Card Limit Increase”.

 
Step 2

On the next screen, if you have more than one credit card, you will need to select the card you want the request to be for. Afterwards, provide the required employment, income, and housing information and then click the "Request Limit Increase" button.

Step 3

Once your request has been submitted, you'll receive a notice that an EECU representative will be contacting your soon.

EECU Mobile App Instructions
First make sure you have the latest version of the EECU Mobile App and that you are logged in.
 
Step 1

After you've logged into the Mobile App, tap on the "More" menu option the bottom right corner.

Step 2

After the More menu loads, scroll down and under "Credit & Debit Cards" tap the "Request Credit Card Limit Increase" menu option.

Step 3

Step 4
