If you're worried your EECU credit card had been compromised, please contact us immediately. The sooner we know what happened, the sooner we can help you. There are three options for reporting fraud: by phone, through Online Banking, or inside the EECU Mobile App.

Reporting fraudulent activity by phone
Please call customer service, toll-free, at (800) 820-8450.
Reporting fraudulent activity through Online Banking
First log into online banking at eecu.org/onlinebanking
 
Step 1

Find the credit card where fraudulent activity has occurred and click on the card's name under "Accounts".

 
Step 2

A new window will open displaying your credit card Account Summary, in the top menu select "Customer Service", and then "Transaction dispute".

Step 3

Here you will select the Dispute Type and then fill in the requested information.

Reporting fraudulent activity through the EECU Mobile App
First make sure you have the latest version of the EECU Mobile App and that you are logged in.
 
Step 1

After you've logged into the Mobile App, on the Accounts screen, find the credit card where fraudulent activity has occurred. Click on the card's name.

Step 2

Click on the grid icon in the top left corner, select "Customer Service", and then "Transaction dispute".

Step 3

Here you will select the Dispute Type and then fill in the requested information.
