Financial Centers

Our Financial Center Consultants are the face of EECU: friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, confident, and ready to help our members. Our teams cultivate relationships that help members achieve their financial goals in 16 unique locations.

Downtown Fort Worth

In our downtown location, our teams work to support and impact our business and members with innovative thinking that drive results. Opportunities are available in Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and Commercial Lending.

Operations Center

Our Operations Center, located in Fort Worth's 7th Street District, provides back office support to our Financial Centers and members. We assist members via phone, email, online chat and text, to create a better member experience. Opportunities are available in the Contact Center, Lending Services, Mortgage, Collections, and Learning and Development.

  • Healthcare & Insurance
    Comprehensive healthcare is important in protecting our employees & their families from financial risk. EECU provides best-in-class health, dental and vision insurance, including an HDHP with an HSA.
  • 401(k) & Roth 401(k) options
    EECU offers a voluntary 401(k) and Roth 401(k) deferral option. EECU will match 100% up to 5% of compensation after 6 months of service to the Credit Union.
  • Defined Pension Plan
    We feel a financially secure future is critical. Therefore, EECU provides all employees a pension plan, fully funded by the Credit Union.
  • Time Off
    EECU provides employees with both paid and unpaid time off from work for illness, vacation, holidays, and other personal reasons (includes leave of absence policies).
  • Learning and Development
    We work to promote and support employee and leadership development and organizational effectiveness by providing high-quality educational programs through multiple channels, including EECU University.
  • Tuition Assistance
    EECU supports employee growth through continued education. We provide the opportunity for educational assistance to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge related to the Credit Union’s operations.
  • Wellness Progams
    We recognize that employees perform their best when they are healthy. Our Health and Wellness programs aim to bring awareness to the importance of employee’s total well-being and vitality.
  • Other Insurances
    Protecting our employees from the unexpected is important to us. EECU provides full-time employees Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance, Disability Insurance, plus multiple voluntary insurance options.
