EECU has been recognized as a Best-in-Class employer based on results from Gallagher’s 2023 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey. Out of over 4,000 survey participants, only 471 winners were selected.

The survey results ranked U.S. organizations based on how well they support their employees’ physical, emotional, career, and financial wellbeing.
