There are three types of alerts for credit cards: account information alerts, transaction alerts, and fraud alerts. All three can be setup and configured in both Online Banking and the EECU Mobile App.
Online Banking Instructions
First log into online banking at eecu.org/onlinebanking
 
Step 1

Find the credit card that you want to manage text alerts for, and click on the card's name under "Accounts".

 
Step 2

A new window will open displaying your credit card Account Summary, in the top menu select "Products and Services" and then select "Account Alerts".

Step 3

Here you can confirm both your email address and mobile phone number, plus configure and turn on/off each alert type.

EECU Mobile App Instructions
First make sure you have the latest version of the EECU Mobile App and that you are logged in.
 
Step 1

After you've logged into the Mobile App, on the Accounts screen, find the credit card that you want to manage text alerts for. Click on the card's name.

Step 2

Click on the grid icon in the top left corner, select "Products Services", and then click "Account Alerts".

Step 3

Here you can confirm both your email address and mobile phone number, plus configure and turn on/off each alert type.
